OwnerBase is a community for verified owners. By creating an account and posting, you agree to these guidelines and terms. Last updated July 2026.

Community Guidelines

To keep this a place owners actually want to be, every member agrees to:

• Be respectful. No harassment, hate speech, threats, or personal attacks.
• No objectionable content — nothing sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or hateful.
• No spam, scams, or misleading commercial solicitation.
• Only share content you have the right to share. Respect others' privacy.
• Keep advice honest and safety-minded — this is a community of real owners.

Zero tolerance

OwnerBase has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive members. Content that violates these guidelines will be removed, and members who post it may be suspended or permanently removed without notice.

Reporting & enforcement

Every post and comment has a Report option, and you can Block any member to hide their content from you entirely. We review reports and act within 24 hours — removing content and ejecting repeat offenders. To report something directly, email support@ownerbase.io.

Your controls

• Edit or delete your own posts and comments at any time.
• Report or block any other member from their posts, comments, or profile.
• Delete your account and all associated data from Profile → Account & safety.

Terms of Use

OwnerBase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app. You are responsible for activity on your account and for the content you post. You retain ownership of your content but grant OwnerBase a license to display it within the community. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms. The service is provided "as is" without warranties; to the extent permitted by law, OwnerBase is not liable for user-generated content or for indirect damages.

Privacy

We collect the information you provide (account, profile, posts, and — if you opt in — an approximate map location) to operate the community. We do not sell your personal data. You can edit your profile, opt out of location sharing, and permanently delete your account and data at any time. For privacy questions, contact support@ownerbase.io.
